Block Printing for Textiles with Lydia Finney, Sunday 9th June 2024

£45.00

Printing is not just for paper! Printing to fabrics is a fab way of imprinting your unique style on accessories that can adorn your home or take out and about with you.

The first in our series of Goodwood Revival ‘Revive & Thrive’ pop-up workshops, it is a perfect way to experience a taster of Lydia’s Goodwood Revival class in advance of the event in September!

This workshop is a perfect way to give fabric printing a try and have fun at the same time! Everyone will have scrap fabric to practise on, and a blank tea towel and a tote bag to print during the workshop and take home.

The workshop is hosted by Lydia, a fabric printer, maker and dressmaker from Suffolk. With her experience and guidance you'll spend the afternoon printing using her huge range of wooden printing blocks and linocut designs, with a rainbow of paint colours to play and experiment with. A great creative way to spend an afternoon and go away with new skills that can take you all sorts of places.
  • Workshop starts at 2pm and runs for approximately 2 hours
  • Class size: up to 7
  • Materials & refreshments provided (excludes lunch)

Workshop takes place at our studio: 2a Crane St in Chichester, just round the corner from our shop.
